CarinaOS didn't start as a product. It started as a problem — ours.
We run a licensed cultivation facility: thousands of flowering plants, staggered cycles, real harvests, real METRC deadlines. And like every operator we knew, we were drowning in disconnected tools — one dashboard for the environment, another for compliance, a spreadsheet for everything in between. The software sold to growers was clearly built by people who'd never pulled a harvest or sweated an audit.
So we built our own. CarinaOS is the system we needed: a single, hardware-agnostic layer that sits above the crop-steering gear you already run — Growlink, AROYA, YoLink — and ties it together with your METRC compliance and daily operations. No rip-and-replace. No guesswork.
We still run it in our own facility every single day. If it doesn't hold up in a real grow, it doesn't ship.
