Everything CarinaOS does.

A closer look at compliance, the working day, intelligence, labels and the operations wallboard — the depth behind the one-line summaries on the home page.

Metrc compliance

Every Metrc action. One screen.

Full read and write against the Metrc v2 API — the whole plant lifecycle, from clone package to outgoing transfer, without leaving CarinaOS or re-keying a thing.

Tag Inventory Create Clone Pkg Clone → Veg Veg → Flower Harvest Harvest → Package Finish Harvest Finish Package Adjust Package Log Waste Destroy Plants Move Batches Corrections & Tags Package Compliance Lab Results (COA) Harvest Management Outgoing Transfer Additives (IPM / Nutrients)
  • Real-time read + write to Metrc v2 — plants, batches, harvests, packages, tags and transfers
  • Dry-run every action before it commits, so mistakes are caught before they reach the state
  • Tag inventory and ranges by strain — know exactly what to pick up before you walk the room
  • Printable labels on standard Avery sheets — clone, veg and plant labels whose QR encodes the real Metrc tag
  • Clone-to-flower pipeline tracked with Metrc sync at every stage
⚡ Complete all Metrc actions in under 10 seconds.

Tasks & staff

The whole cycle, already scheduled. Then somebody’s name on it.

A 63-day flower cycle is not a to-do list somebody types on Monday. It is a known arc — flip, defoliations, sprays, flush, harvest — and CarinaOS lays it out from the day you flip, then asks the only question that matters: who is doing this one?

app.carinaos.com — Tasks & staff
CarinaOS tasks screen: today’s work grouped under the two people doing it, each with a done count, and below them a red block of six tasks nobody owns — every task carrying an hours box, a total-or-each toggle, a timer and an assign dropdown

The day, by person

  • Today’s work grouped under the people doing it, each with a done count — tick it off on the floor and the count moves.
  • A red block for everything nobody owns. Unassigned work is the failure mode in a grow — a spray everybody assumed somebody else had done. It gets the problem color and a count, so it is the one thing you cannot scroll past.
  • Anything past its day is marked overdue on the task itself, not behind a filter.

Hours go on as the work comes off

  • An hours box, a total-or-each toggle for jobs done by a crew, and a timer — on the task, not on a separate timesheet.
  • Log the time where the work already is, rather than reconstructing the week on Friday.
  • The same hours the costing uses. They land on the crop the task belongs to, so labor reaches cost per gram with nothing re-keyed — and with the ERP add-on, QuickBooks as time entries.

The cycle board

Nine weeks side by side, flip to harvest day. Each week lists what happens in it, color-coded by the kind of work — cultivation, IPM spray, critical or harvest, flush and compliance — with a marker showing how far through you actually are.

It answers what a planner is really for: not “what is today”, but “what is coming, and am I ready for it”. The day-21 defoliation is visible on day 8, while there is still time to staff it.

CarinaOS cycle board: a 63-day flower arc from flip to harvest with nine week cards, each listing its cultivation, IPM spray and critical events color-coded, and a marker showing progress to today

Due today

  • What the cycle calls for on this day of this crop — the schedule belonging to the room that flipped on that date, not a generic checklist.

Next 7 days

  • The week ahead, each item with its cycle and day number, so a spray that needs ordering is seen while ordering is still possible.

One-off tasks

  • The arc is the default, not a cage. Add anything the schedule does not know about, assign it, and it behaves like the rest.

Where the schedule comes from. Cycles are built from playbooks — a reusable 63-day IPM and cultivation calendar you edit once and apply to every flip. Change the plan for the next crop without touching the one in the ground.

Beyond compliance · beyond dashboards

Most tools show you data. We tell you what it means.

Crop-steering systems show you the present. Compliance portals store the past. CarinaOS reads both — your Metrc records and your live sensors — and turns them into forward-looking analytics most operators have never had in one place.

Harvest analytics

From Metrc
  • Actual vs. projected yield, by strain and table
  • Yield trends across every cycle
  • Live plant counts by growth stage
  • Waste & loss rates, flagged automatically
Derived from the Metrc records you already file.

Water analytics

From sensors
  • Day/night usage patterns & anomalies
  • Refill forecasting — before you run dry
  • EC uniformity across tables
  • Clog & drift detection
Derived from your live sensor feeds, automatically.

CarinaSense™

Ask your grow anything.

The AI cultivation analyst built into CarinaOS. It reads your live sensor and compliance data and explains what it means — in plain English, grounded in your real numbers.

Environment, Water & Analytics. One assistant across every tab.
Grounded in your data. It cites your actual readings, not generic advice.
Tap any chart point and CarinaSense explains that exact moment.

Substrate EC drifting overnight? Tap it — CarinaSense reads the VWC alongside it and tells you whether it’s normal dry-back concentration or a feed problem worth chasing.

Create labels

Every Metrc detail, on a scannable label.

Print your own clone, veg & plant labels — each carrying the plant’s real Metrc tag as a scannable QR, plus strain, quantity and date — onto standard Avery sheets. Not a replacement for Metrc’s official tags; a cleaner way to organize and track what you’ve already filed. No label software, no extra hardware.
